Between 12:00 AM EST on June 10, 2021 and 11:59 PM EST on December 31, 2022 or while supplies of Clean Closets bags (“Bags”) last, whichever is sooner, visit https://kalaniandwolf.com/pages/clean-closets and follow the directions to purchase a Bag for $6.00 + tax (where applicable) and select the number of items you plan to recycle using the Bag. If you select one (1) item, you will receive a $25 one-time use code for use on kalaniandwolf.com. If you select two (2) items, you will receive a $25 two-time use code ($50 total credits) for use on kalaniandwolf.com. If you select three (3) items, you will receive a $25 three-time use code ($75 total credits) for use on kalaniandwolf. If you select four (4) items, you will receive a $25 four-time use code ($100 total credits) for use on kalaniandwolf.com. If you select ten (10) items, you will receive a $25 ten-time use code ($250 total credits) for use on kalaniandwolf.com.All credits are referred to herein as “Credit.” Applicable Credit will be provided in the form of a unique code containing the applicable credits within 10 days of Bag purchase. The unique code can be reused multiple times (as applicable) in accordance with the number of Credits stated above. Each $25 Credit can be redeemed one (1) time per order and is not stackable nor can it be redeemed for cash or combined with any other offer, or any other promotion (current or future). Credit expires on 12/31/22 at 11:59 PM ET. Limit one (1) Bag and Credit of up to ten (10) $25 one-time use credits per person, regardless of number of Bags purchased and/or number of items selected at time of Bag purchase. Orders may be cancelled at Kalani and Wolf's LLC., discretion if more than one (1) Bag per person is purchased. Bag will only be mailed via U.S. mail within the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (International customers are excluded from this offer). Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Cart value must be over $125 (excluding shipping and tax) for Credit to apply. One (1) set of Credits will be received per order (e.g., you will not receive additional Credits if multiple Clean Closets bags are purchased in the same order). Credits are only valid on full-priced items over $125. Credit cannot be applied to previous purchases or towards the purchase of gift cards, Clean Closets bags. Not valid on any third-party collaborations. No price adjustments on prior purchases. All Bags are final sale. Return of any discounted items will be for the price actually paid. Orders generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the submission process are void. Sizes for any item are subject to availability. You cannot substitute, transfer, sell, barter or auction any Credit and Credit has no cash value. Bag and/or Credit is void if not obtained from authorized and legitimate channels, or if bag or Credit is altered, counterfeit, produced in error or obtained via fraud or theft. Neither Kalani and Wolf, LLC., nor its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies nor any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives or agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) are responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, delayed, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled orders, email, mail, Credits or other communications of any kind; or for errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the offer, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the offer, the processing of orders, the functionality of the website, or in any offer-related materials. Kalani and Wolf LLC., reserves the right to cancel the offer at any time. Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this offer.
