Great News, US domestic ground shipping is free on all orders over $75+. Orders below $75 shipping is set by the courier depending on location and weight. We use USPS to offer the best shipping rates and UPS.
We are a small business operated by a small team and sometimes there might be delays. All orders are processed within 5 business days starting the next business between Tuesday - Friday. If we oversell online you'll be notified if we have extra fabric in stock to handcraft your order; in this case, your order will take approximately 2 weeks to produce and ship out.
All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your order is in transit by the shipping carrier an email confirmation is sent with your tracking number. Please allow 24-72 hours for all tracking details to update on carriers website.
We have no control and aren't responsible for any lost packages and delays beyond our control; ie, COVID-19, weather, postal service interruptions, etc.
