Kalani + Wolf is a small business operated by a small team and there can be delays but we honor any requests that are submitted within the 14 days of delivery.
Once your return request is approved, you'll receive an email with a paid return label. The return label is only valid for 7 days.
Any returns requested after 14 days of delivery date are only eligible for a store credit or exchange.
ALL merchandise returned to us will be inspected to ensure the items have not been worn, washed, damaged and must contain their original tags in place.
We reserve the right to refuse any refunds or exchanges on any returns to us that does not meet our return policy.
ALL merchandise purchased during flash sales do not qualify for a refund.
ALL CLEAN CLOSET CHALLENGE, FACE MASKS ARE FINAL SALE DUE TO HYGIENIC PURPOSES AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED.
We'll gladly accept flash sale items for a store credit or exchange requested within 14 days of delivery date.
